Adobe forms from Sweet & Maxwell allow you to download, edit and save official court forms in PDF format.
New Adobe forms on the Civil Procedure CD or White Book on Westlaw
- The most widely used court forms are now available as new editable AND savable PDFs, via licensed Adobe functionality, via the Civil Procedure CD or White Book on Westlaw.
- There are 100 of these forms so far, which can be completed and saved directly to your PC. Further forms will be converted.
- The new functionality allows you to:
- save completed forms
- edit a previously saved form
- insert comments via 'sticky notes'
- attach documents
- The new functionality is available using Adobe Reader 9.
- All remaining court forms continue to be available in RTF/Word – which can also be edited and saved – or standard PDF formats.

Adobe Reader 9
We recommend that the customer installs Reader 9 in order to use fully the functionality of the rights-enabled Adobe forms. These forms can work on older versions of Adobe Reader, but some issues or missing functionality (such as inability to save) may result.
