Release Bulletin
Release 57 brings the Civil Procedure Forms Volume up-to-date to October 2020. The following new and amended forms are included.
Civil Procedure Forms
N5B England—the Claim form for possession of a property located wholly in England (accelerated procedure).
N5B Wales—the Claim form for possession of a property located wholly in Wales (accelerated procedure).
Precedent T—to be used in the event of variation of a budget pursuant to rule 3.15A and is therefore being introduced as part of the changes to PD3E from 01 October 2020.
